lsdiff in Debian/Ubuntu

In order to install "lsdiff" command in Debian/Ubuntu GNU/Linux you need to install the patchutils package. You can do:

$ sudo apt-get install patchutils

"lsdiff" is a command to see which files are modified by a patch.
